Customer Support Agent - French language (Mixed Shifts)

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Provide support through online chat, phone call and email
- Handle complaints
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Advise on companies information
- Inform customers about deals and promotions
- Communicate with internal departments
- Register and proceed customer requests and complaints
Required qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of French (knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage)
- University degree (in progress of study is also acceptable)
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to stay positive in stressful situations
- Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work by shifts (day , evening , night) and weekends
