
Assistant to Chief Product Officer
We are looking for an Assistant to support the office of the Chief Product Officer (CPO), who oversees product development, design and marketing.
Job responsibilities
- Provide support to the CPO in the execution of Product Development, Design and Marketing processes;
- Provide support during normal business hours with flexibility as necessary to complete off-hours scheduling and special requests;
- Manage extremely active calendar of appointments with internal and external teams: this includes preparation of meeting materials, agendas, notes, memos and follow-ups;
- Track action items/deliverables for CPO;
- Compose and prepare correspondence that is often confidential;
- Compile documents for travel-related meetings;
- Organize team events and off sites with the help of the office team;
- Email inbox management;
- Create reports, memos, letters, policy drafts, presentations, flow charts and other documents using relevant computer software;
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the CPO's schedule is followed and respected;
- Work closely and effectively with the CPO to anticipate and communicate upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately;
- Provide smooth communication between the CPO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Required qualifications
- 4+ years work experience as a motion graphic artist or related position strong conceptual thinker
- Designers are expected to not just execute ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process
- Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner
- Good time management skills and creative situational awareness ability
- Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines
- Understanding of visual design elements, color, and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends
- Ability to conceptualize across a broad range of aesthetics and styles, and visualize in 3 dimensions
- Detail oriented. Ability to deliver a polished product under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Intimate knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects. Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually.
