B2C Marketing Director

BetConstruct is looking for a Director of B2C Marketing Department who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing efforts. If you have a history of problem-solving, innovative ideas and calculated risk-taking we would love to hear from you.

Job responsibilities


  • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the company marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal
  • Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations
  • Direct the efforts of the marketing department, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions
  • Provide the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the marketing plan
  • Assume overall responsibility for developing the annual marketing plan for the organization; for strategic market planning; market research programs; field force activities, and control of the marketing budget
  • Make decisions or recommendations relating to hiring, firing, promoting, discipline, development and training, personal leave use, wages and work assignments of employees
  • Oversee workload prioritization and supervision in all divisions of the department according to needs
  • Organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programs are reviewed
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all publications
  • Coordinate media interest and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
  • Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Required qualifications


  • At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Strong spoken and written knowledge of English and Russian
  • Strong understanding of effective Sales and Marketing Communications 
  • Experience in B2C digital marketing with ability to manage revenue numbers and team
  • An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality
