CRM Operations Specialist

We are looking for a new player to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- The creation and implementation of an optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign program for the purpose of customer retention and reactivation.
- Creating and implementing private promotion for specified segments through CRM tools
- Testing promotions and promotional materials to ensure compliance and UX excellence.
- Constant communication with partners
- Analyzing and indicating promo KPIs.
- Customer communications flow. Targeting an appropriate segment for each promotion according to communication tools (SMS, outbound, popup, email, Social Media activities).
- Keep up to date with current CRM trends, competitive intelligence, best practices, and items of interest
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing / business management/economics or communication
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team, collaborate and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in service and or strong communication skills
- Knowledge of gambling and gaming, betting is a big plus
- Flexible and enthusiastic personality
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
