CRM Operations Specialist

Are you GAME to JUMP INTO MAGENTA and be our new CRM Operations Specialist?
 

We are looking for a new player to join our team.

Job responsibilities
  • The creation and implementation of an optimized daily/weekly/monthly campaign program for the purpose of customer retention and reactivation.
  • Creating and implementing private promotion for specified segments through CRM tools
  • Testing promotions and promotional materials to ensure compliance and UX excellence.
  • Constant communication with partners
  • Analyzing and indicating promo KPIs.
  • Customer communications flow. Targeting an appropriate segment for each promotion according to communication tools (SMS, outbound, popup, email, Social Media activities).
  • Keep up to date with current CRM trends, competitive intelligence, best practices, and items of interest
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / business management/economics or communication
  • Knowledge of English is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Experience in service and or strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of gambling and gaming, betting is a big plus
  • Flexible and enthusiastic personality
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
