Customer Support Agent - French language (Mixed Shifts)

Are you GAME to JUMP INTO MAGENTA and be our new Customer Support Agent - French language?
 

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Job responsibilities
  • Provide support through online chat, phone call and email
  • Handle complaints
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Advise on companies information
  • Inform customers about deals and promotions
  • Communicate with internal departments
  • Register and proceed customer requests and complaints
Required qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of French (knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage)
  • University degree (in progress of study is also acceptable)
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to stay positive in stressful situations
  • Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work by shifts (day , evening , night) and weekends
