Head of HR Administration

Job responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate personnel administration procedures, systems and unit processes
  • Ensure staff remuneration (salary, post adjustments, compensations, final settlements, etc.) and benefits process implementation
  • Follow up time sheet’s process and implementation
  • Ensure on time salary payments
  • Manage schedules and deadlines of personnel administration unit activities
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Supervise the process of the employee personal files storing and successfully collate, store and manage important documentation in both hard copy and electronic format through a clear and concise reference system
  • Manage the day to day operation of the employee relations function including employee vacations and employee absences
  • Implement strong cooperation with finance and accounting and provide essential information to ensure that pay roll is carried out in accordance with the company’s policy
  • Participate in long term HR programs development processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other related field․
  • Minimum 3 years of personnel administration management experience․
  • Experience of managing large amounts of confidential employee information․
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental and legal policies․
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles․
  • Experience working with accounting and payroll software (AS Wages).
  • Good knowledge of RA Labor Code․
  • Proficient in MS Office․
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills․
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills․
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills․
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels․
