Head of Product Marketing

SoftConstruct is looking for a Head of Product Marketing who will be responsible for the communication of the product values to the buyer personas (digital marketing) and product imperfection based on marketing data and client feedback.

Job responsibilities


  • Plan and execute product marketing campaign across all online channels
  • Responsible for the development and directing of the entire Product Marketing Department.
  • Communicate product values to the buyer personas to increase leads and clients (based on SMART goal agreed beforehand)
  • Synthesize market, data, product, and competitive inputs into driving the highest possible revenue for the business
  • Performing activities such as product pricing, product strategy and analysis, product positioning to target consumers, sales messaging development, competitive analysis, and product differentiation among others.
  • Monitor and Evaluate product marketing campaigns results
  • setup SMART goals for leads and track all the SMarketing funnel in CRM and other platforms
  • Implementing gained data from market and users to products imperfection
Required qualifications


  • Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Product
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy (Inbound marketing certification is a big plus)
  • Experience with SEO, SMM, Content Marketing
  • Experience with context ads (Google AdWords, Bing ads, etc)
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools (Segment, Mixpanel)
  • Experience with digital display ads (Google Display Network, Social Media ads, Programmatic buying)
  • Strong understanding of UX basics
  • Perfect English command
