HR Recruiter

BetConstruct is looking for an HR Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting, understands market needs and business needs of company. He/she will process international recruitment of the organization through implementation of sourcing and headhunting techniques.

Job responsibilities


  • Lead the development and execution of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Network through industry contacts, college contacts, job communities, Linkedin and other social web sites
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan and implementation
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Post openings with professional organizations, universities, and in other position appropriate venues
  • Maintain good records during all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Improve company’s online presence to assist in recruiting
  • Develop working relationships with colleges to aid in recruiting
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required qualifications


  • BSc in Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity  with Linkedin searching techniques
  • Experience with headhunting techniques and processes
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Russian languages,  knowledge of French is a big plus.
