Junior Event Coordinator

We are looking for a new player to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Book venues and book appointments for guests.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable conditions.
- Be attentive to the events' requirements whether they meet the standards or not.
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior closing any deal.
- Be creative and propose ideas to improve the quality of events.
- Conduct researches about vendors (catering, decorators, musicians, etc.) to choose the effective combination in terms of quality and cost.
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decoration, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, and equipment within time constraints.
- Cooperate with marketing and PR department to promote and publicize the events.
- Conduct event evaluations and report to the concerned party on outcomes.
- Identify event opportunities taking place in scope.
Required qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Knowledge of English language is mandatory.
- Previous Experience in the field is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and detail- oriented.
- Strong problem solving skills.
