Payment Service Providers Expert

We are looking for a new player to join our team.
Job responsibilities
- Support to efficiently oversee and guide all activities with Payment Service Providers (PSP) channels
- To follow-up the balances and propose withdrawals and top-ups
- To identify possible risky inflows and/or outflows and to raise the case to the team leader
- Coordinate communication with PSPs and ensure accuracy and integrity of relationships
- Propose problem management and service improvement plans
- Essential involvement and assistance in other tasks of department
- Provide assistance and support to the team
- Contribute to teamwork, create a positive atmosphere, and support the team environment.
- Form/review/update descriptive manuals for new/existing processes
Required qualifications
- University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a must
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian is a must
- Experience in a PSP industry will be an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mind and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
