Job responsibilities
  • Organizing and structuring the recruitment process, identifying recruitment needs
  • Coordinating the hiring process with team leads
  • Creating and posting technical job descriptions on job boards, ads, career portals, etc.
  • Sourcing via LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, Upwork, Facebook, etc.
  • Recruiting and headhunting of software engineers, product owners, and designers
  • Keeping in touch with passive candidates by crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails
  • Organizing the interviewing process with candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Organizing exit interviews, maintaining the database for exits, reporting and creating an action plan for retention based on data
  • Developing the recruitment policies, strategies & processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner
  • Participating in job fairs and career events
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Understanding of software development languages and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
  • Fluent in English and Russian languages
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology will be considered as a plus
