Technical Recruiter
Are you GAME to JUMP INTO MAGENTA and be our new Technical recruiter?
We are looking for a highly responsible and curious “Technical recruiter”, who will be working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and will be responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. Technical recruiter will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.
Job responsibilities
Sourcing 25%
- Source potential candidates on relevant platforms, like Linkedin, Stack Overflow, Github, etc.
- Craft and send personalized messages with current job openings to passive candidates
Screening 25%
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT CVs
- Determine a candidate’s qualifications and potential job fit for a tech vacancy
Interviewing 20% - Conduct different types of interviews (phone interview, online, offline) using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process and provide interview feedback
- Present the job offer to the chosen candidate and negotiate the employment contract

Teamwork & Collaboration 15%
- Coordinating the hiring process with team leads
- Lead the onboarding process and ensure the new hire employees well to the company culture
- Conduct exit interviews and collaborate with teams to make efficient work environment
Reporting 15% - Prepare a report on a daily, weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress to the team lead
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment database, including interview notes and related information
Required qualifications
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
- Work experiences in the appropriate field are preferable
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. x-Ray and Boolean search) and recruitment process
- Written and verbal communication skills in Armenian and English, Russian will be plus
- Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
